A small kennel between the cedars and the creek.
Hidden Creek sits a few minutes outside Durango, on a piece of ground between a cedar stand and the creek the place is named for. We board dogs, and that's the whole business. No grooming counter, no retail wall. Just solid kennels, a lot of open ground, and people who pay attention.
Every dog has a kennel of their own, and everybody gets time out in the big shared yard on the ranch for play and recreation. At drop-off we write up a stay card with meals, meds, and anything else we should know, and we stick to it. Dogs from the same household can share a kennel or take neighboring ones, whatever they're used to at home.
We keep things small on purpose. Somebody lives here, the gates get checked at night, and the person who takes your dog at drop-off is usually the one who hands them back.

Drop-off & pickup
Your kennel is yours from the afternoon you arrive through the morning you leave, and you only pay for the nights in between. Checkout day is never charged. Drop-off and pickup windows come with your reservation email.
Health & paperwork
We ask for current vaccinations and a signed liability and health agreement before a first stay. Both are handled online when you book, so drop-off is just a handoff and a stay card.
